Serves 6:
1 kid 3 kg.; onion; tomato; carrots; green peppers; oil; white wine; salt; garlic; parsley.

Divide the meat in 6 pieces and season. Place in an oven dish and add the onion, tomato, carrots and peppers with a little oil and the white wine.
