Typical dishes include:

Fabada Combination of white beans, called fabes, different pork products such as salted ham bones, bacon and morcilla, a black pudding.
Calderta Combination of seafood and fish.
Merluza a la sidra Hake in cider.  Cider is a very typical drink in Asturias.
Bonito Tuna (which is prepared in various ways).
La ribereņa Salmon prepared with a touch of cider.
Tocinillo de cielo A desert made with egg yolk and sugar
