Usually nowadays replaced by agarrarse. Forms that contain a g are avoided, but other forms are occasionally heard, e.g. me así a una rama para no caerme 'I clutched hold of the branch so as not to fall.' It is conjugated like a regular -ir verb except for (bracketed forms are regular). |
